Why Organics
At Resoilfy, our journey begins with a deep respect for nature’s balance. We believe healthy soil is the foundation of healthy food, and through our initiative, we are working to rejuvenate the soil naturally using the time-tested Amrit Krishi methodology.
This approach, rooted in ancient farming wisdom, enriches the earth with cow dung, cow urine, crop residues, and green manures, restoring its vitality and ensuring that every harvest is packed with natural nutrition.
🐂 From Gaushala to Healthy Farms
Our story began with a Gir Gaushala, where we nurtured cows that in turn helped us revive our soil. Over time, our farms became chemical-free and the food grown tasted authentic, pure, and delicious — just as nature intended.
We created a zero-waste ecosystem where every biodegradable element returned to the soil, enriching its biomass and completing the cycle of life.
🌾 Traditional Processing, Richer Nutrition
To preserve the nutrients of these chemical-free grains, we turned to traditional methods of processing:
-
🌿 Stone milling of pulses & flours
-
🌿 Pounding of masalas
-
🌿 Wood pressing of oil seeds
These methods ensure that what reaches your plate is not just food, but pure nourishment.
👩🌾 Empowering Rural Communities
We partnered with village self-help groups (SHGs), creating sustainable employment opportunities and supporting women-led initiatives. By involving local communities, we not only protect the soil but also uplift the people who nurture it.
We also share our knowledge, experience, and native seeds with other farmers, expanding our circle of organic farming and ensuring they receive fair prices for their harvests.
